Refund Policy

At this time, we do not give refunds on magical or non magical products. Do to the nature of these types of products, once the work is done, it is done and can not be reused or undone. So it is best practice to be wise and not hasty when making a selection of magical products. Our jewelry is non refundable to prevent people from buying, wearing once and returning.

If you wish to cancel a booked event or reading, a 72 hour advanced notice must be made in order to receive a refund.

No refunds are given for events that are attended.
